Joseph Galligan
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Born, raised, and currently lives in Burlingame, CA.
Graduate of Bellarmine High School.
President of Galligan Thompson and Flocas, LLP CPA.'s which started in August of 1980 located in San Mateo, CA. Specializes in all aspects of tax planning, business valuation, litigation and return preparation, including retirement planning for individuals and business planning for small to medium size companies. Mayor of the City of Burlingame for two years and Council Member from 1997-2005. Member of the Board of Directors of Mission Hospice, Inc. of San Mateo County from 1989 to 1997 and President of Board of Directors in 1991 and 1992. Member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Served on the Board of Directors or as an officer for four (4) years. Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Founding Director of the San Mateo County National Bank. Former member of the Board of Directors of Peninsula Bank of Commerce and former Director of Mid-Peninsula Bank. President of the California Golf Club in South San Francisco in 1992. Member of the Peninsula Estate Planning Council. President of Burlingame Rotary, 1993-1994. Current Director of SkyPark Airport Parking Services, Inc. Member of the Budget Advisory Council for San Mateo Union High School District. Member and current Treasurer of Community Gatepath. Member and current Treasurer of the San Mateo County Legal Aid Society. Member and head of Budget and Finance of Mercy High School - Burlingame.
